Easy. Delicious. Always a winner. That’s a never-fail recipe for my family.
We eat a lot of chicken in this house…it’s versatile…it makes for easy meals…and I can always find it at Price Chopper, Stop and Shop, PriceRite, Walmart Super Center or Aldi for $1.69 – $1.99 a pound.
Red Fork Tuscan Parmesan Chicken Skillet sauce – which I bought at Aldi – helps me serve a meal that ticks the easy, delicious and always-a-winner boxes.
The simple recipe calls for:
One pouch Red Fork Tuscan Parmesan Chicken Skillet Sauce
One pound of boneless skinless chicken tenders or thin-sliced chicken breast cutlets
My Twist
I use boneless chicken breast that I have diced and then cook it in a little extra virgin olive oil in a wok. I do this frequently so I always have some cooked chicken on hand, ready for recipes.
Optional
Top with shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese and chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish
I add the sauce to some chicken pre-cooked in a wok and heat in the microwave.
The last time I served this for dinner, I added rosemary diced potatoes and riced cauliflower/broccoli/carrots (bought at Walmart).
The next time I make Tuscan Parmesan Chicken, I will serve it over cooked pasta along with a salad.
